My Condensed Bio

Holly Spruck has been a part of the Charlotte community since 2002. Her paintings feature bold colors, recognizable figures, and sharp lines; they depict emotional stories from her life in a style that is whimsical, child-like and brutally honest. Born in Westchester County, just outside of New York City, she attended Plymouth State College in New Hampshire and from 1997 to 2002, she lived in Prague, in the Czech Republic. Her work reflects her love for travel, and can be found in private collections from California to Beijing.
